Psychotherapy
Mary is versed in Jungian/Depth psychology, a form of therapy that works with material from the unconscious. This may include exploring dreams that you have, the use of sandtray, looking at the complexity of family relationships, or diving deeply into patterns from childhood.
Mary offers individual therapy via telehealth or in-person (limited hours). Rates are $150 per 50 minute session. Some sliding scale slots may be available.

Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing is a body-oriented approach to healing trauma and other stress related disorders, working to restore the authentic self with self-regulation, relaxation, wholeness, and aliveness. SE will be conducted in a seated position (in office or telehealth) and you will be asked for a topic or impression and then “notice” sensations that come up in the body. Mary will work with you to track and follow those sensations with your awareness to come to a place of balance. If you would like to read more about SE, please visit www.traumahealing.com.
